Figma Makeathon
Joined Figma's first ever Makeathon. Tested Figma Make and AI-generated images to create a consistent visual series, and designed a cute claw machine website — an experiment in trying something I don't usually design, just for fun.
I started designing websites when I was 16, just because I liked figuring out how things worked in terms of technology and art. That curiosity turned into a career, and after 8+ years at Accenture, design studio, agencies, and startups, I've shipped 50+ projects for clients across Asia and beyond. Most of my work lives in the complicated end of the spectrum: enterprise portals, banking or insurance apps, government platforms, e-commerce website, new business applications. I studied design at PolyU Design, grew up playing video games (which explains a lot about why I love App and website), and I am always curious about where the field is heading next with all the AI and new technology.

Lenovo, a multinational technology company.
A comprehensive heuristic evaluation to identify usability issues and improve the overall user experience of Lenovo's Service Partner Portal.
I worked as one of the main UX researchers and designers, collaborating closely with the senior UX designer to deliver a comprehensive heuristic audit. Over 5 weeks we evaluated 20 core tasks using 7 tailored heuristic principles defined specifically for this project.
We discovered 200+ issues across information architecture and interaction design. Addressing them was critical to enhancing the user experience, improving efficiency, and boosting productivity for service partners.

Level 22 Chambers, a barristers' chambers based in Sydney, Australia.
Problem
The existing site was outdated, and the barrister and practice area pages had a confusing filter system that made it hard for potential clients to find who they needed. Beyond the UX issues, the chambers wanted to drive more business and address a recurring friction point: the communication between clerks, barristers, and prospective clients was taking far too much time, with no clear guidance on the site about how to get in touch or what to expect.
What We Did
We started with a discovery workshop remotely using FigJam to understand the chambers' goals, map out real user personas, and identify where the site was losing potential clients. The barrister profiles and practice area pages were restructured with a cleaner filter and better hierarchy so the right barrister is easier to find. We also designed clear communication pathways on the site, giving users proper guidance on how to reach the right person and reducing the back-and-forth that was taking up so much of the clerk's time.
My Role
Lead Designer on this project. I ran the discovery workshop, conducted the UX audit, and led the persona and wireframe work. UI direction was defined in close collaboration with another UI designer, where I provided direction and reviewed her work to ensure quality throughout.

If you look after goodness and truth, beauty will take care of itself.
UX and design form the logical foundation of every digital product. Once you understand the underlying patterns and establish well-designed typography, grids, and spacing — which are all just numbers — beauty naturally takes care of itself.
Open for freelance, full-time roles, consulting, or just a good chat about design and AI. I know how AI and design work together — and how to automate workflows with AI — because I run my own small business doing exactly that.
